RETURN POLICY


What is your return Policy?

If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 14 days of purchase (see exceptions below) and we’ll give you a full refund. It’s that simple. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge. Your refund will be promptly processed upon completing evaluation of your returned item. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us if you have additional questions at 415.878.NDJG

Defective/Damaged Items

If any items are defective or damaged, the customer must report the issue to NewDJGear in the form of written (email) notice within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.


COMMON QUESTIONS


Will you match a competitor’s price?

Yes, if you find a price elsewhere from an Authorized Seller, approved by the manufacturer, we will price match the item.  This EXCLUDES all eBay and independent sellers.  This also excludes liquidation or discounted sale items on other sites and the item has to be the EXACT same as the product we are advertising on NewDJGear.com


How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours.  Depending on your choice of shipping, that would determine when you receive your order.  If for some reason there is an issue with your order, we will reach out promptly.


I want to change something in my order.  Can I do that?

If your order has not been processed yet, please reach out through the chat on the site, or email david@newdjgear.com  Hopefully, we can make that last minute change for you before it ships out.


Are you available to help international customers?

What if I don’t see the item I am looking for?  Can you special order?

If you are looking for something that you do not see on our site, please email hapa@newdjgear.com Chances are we may be able to locate exactly what you are looking for provided it is from a manufacturer that we work with.  We have tried to keep the number of items on our site down to a manageable amount so as not to “bombard” our customers with too many options, but if you are looking for something and don’t see it, just email us!


What if the item I am looking for is listed as “sold out”?

Please email hapa@newdjgear.com and we can be sure to put you on the waitlist for that item and give you a better ETA for when that would come back in stock.
